Clear support.
Clear boundaries.
A Clarity Session is an educational and supportive conversation. It is not a psychiatric assessment or medical consultation and does not create a treating doctor–patient relationship.
- No diagnosis, prescription or medication change will be provided.
- It does not replace care from your GP, psychiatrist, prescriber or mental-health team.
- It is not suitable for emergencies, urgent risk concerns, formal reports, capacity opinions or medico-legal advice.
- Continue taking prescribed medication unless your own treating clinician advises otherwise.
Need urgent help? If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental-health help that is not an emergency, use NHS 111 online or call 111 and select the mental-health option.
